Our values
The corporate structure of the Rimec Group is able to manage all phases of the order, from the purchase of the raw material to the shipment of the finished product, which can be assembled in our dedicated department according to the Customer's specifications. All phases of the process, from issuing the order to shipping the finished product are managed by a computerized system with barcode reading.
Where productivity is more focused on increasing the quantity produced, efficiency refers to the quality and effectiveness of the work done. Efficiency is defined as "the ability to do something or produce something without wasting materials, time or energy. We at Rimec follow both: productivity and reliability in our processes and we are willing to improve every day. At the same time we monitor and measure the number of hours earned in good quality production work divided by the number of hours available in a day, thus measuring our return on earnings.
In addition to the internal processing, Rimec can use its know-how and a dense network of partner companies inside and outside the group to provide special heat treatments and surface treatments, such as - not exclusively -: Surface hardening, Inductive hardening, Ferritic nitro carburation, galvanizing, chemical nickel plating, chromium plating, phosphating.
