Rimec quality, now also in welding

Rimec Group has expanded its production capabilities with the installation of a Hyundai robotic MIG welding system featuring dual orbital lathe.

With a new 1,200 m² facility, Rimec Group expands its production space: part of it is dedicated to robotic welding, while the rest will host additional machines and internal processes, further enhancing the company’s versatility.

We are already fully operational and ready to meet market demands, delivering the same Rimec quality and reliability in this process as in all our services.

Components and operation:

Welding robot: robotic arm equipped with a MIG torch for high-precision welding.
Dual orbital positioner: two rotating stations allow loading one part while the other is welded, boosting efficiency.
Robotic controller: manages robot movements, welding parameters, and safety functions.
MIG welder: integrated power source and wire feeding system within the welding cell.
