Twist Lock, the series of safety organs by RIMEC GROUP, has been developed in our metallurgic laboratories during years of study and specific tests, allowing the product to achieve the best resistance to the different kind of mechanical stress these organs undergo during use. The selection of the proper type of steel, its production process and the specific thermal treatment are the results of extensive research and years of development and they guarantee the quality of the product. The performance is supported by careful inspections on each component.

CERTIFICATIONS

Each Twist Lock by RIMEC GROUP is supplied with a certificate that guarantees it has passed 3 controls / quality tests: the Ultrasonic Test (UT), the Tensile Strength Test and the Magnetic Test (MT).
